Sometimes, the leadership (pastors and staff) of a church simply agree to have a web site developed because everyone says they should. While they do their best to be enthusiastic about the site, it's obvious that they aren't very interested in it. The congregation can see this--and the end result is a site with poor content, and less visitors.

In this article, I'll explain why you need the leadership of your church to support the web site, how to get them to support it, and what benefits that brings. If you've already got leadership which supports the church web site, then that's great--be sure to encourage them to continue to do so! If, on the other hand, your leadership doesn't remember your church's domain name . . . read on.
